Concede reajuste aos vencimentos, proventos 
e pensões dos Servidores Municipais edi ou 
tras providencias. 
A CamaraMunicipal de Campos Altos-MG., por seus representantes 
aprovou, e eu, Prefeito Municipal, sanciono a seguinte Lei: 
Artigo 19 - Fica o Prefeito Municipal autorizado a conceder rea￾juste de 35% (Trinta e cinco por cento) sobre os vencimentos da Tabela' 
vigente em 31/12/93. 
Artigo 29 - Para fazer face as despesas decorrentes desta Lei, ' 
serio utilizadas dotações do Orçamento vigente. 
Artigo 39 - Revogadas as disposições em contrario, esta Lei en￾trail em vigor na data de sua publicasio, surtindo efeitos i partir de 
19 de Janeiro de 1994.

JUSTIFICATIVA 
0 Projeto de Lei ora encaminhado a esta ilustre 
Camarao qual autoriza o Executivo a conceder reajuste de 35% (Trinta' 
e cinco por cento) aos vencimentos, proventos e penses dos Servidores 
Municipais, visa reduzir as perdas salariais decorrentes do processo ' 
inflacionário com o qual convivemos. 
Ao mesmo tempo, este aumento se limita a capaci 
dade da Receita da Prefeitura, levando-a a cumprir sem atrasos o paga￾mento da folha de vencimentos.
