Reajusta remuneração de funcionários.
O Povo do Município de Itabirito, por seus Representantes
na Câmara Municipal decretou, e eu em seu nome sanciono a seguinte Lei:
Art. 19 - Fica concedido o reajuste de 18% (dezoito por
cento) aos funcionários da ativa e também o mesmo percentual (18%), aos
inativos, sobre os atuais níveis de vencimentos e proventos, a partir de
19 de abril de 1992, de acordo com o anexo I que faz parte integrante
desta Lei.
Art. 29 - Revogam-se as disposições em contrário, entrando
esta Lei em vigor na data de sua publicação.
